PEMOU

Fokienia Hodginsii

Price: 150.000 VNĐ

Pemou essential oil, also known as Siam wood, is a rare and valuable essential oil. It’s extracted from the roots and wood of a cypress-like tree that grows in Vietnam and other parts of Southeast Asia. The Vietnamese believe that Pemou brings eternal life, so it’s not surprising this essential oil has long played a role both in traditional medicine as well as in religious ritual.
Pemou essential oil has a high content of the Sesquiterpenes Nerolidol (also found in Neroli essential oil) and Fokienol. These compounds belong to a class of chemicals that act as natural plant defensive agents, and they explain the antiseptic and anti-inflammatory benefits of Pemou. Pemou oil is also used in aromatherapy as a sedative and as an antidote to feelings of loneliness and isolation.

NOTE CLASSIFICATION: Base.
